Even with being past our original room reservation cut off date, you can still reserve rooms under the code listed on the attachment along with that rate. The cut off only means the rooms left in our block can go back into the hotel's main inventory to sell to the general public, so the sooner you reserve the greater chance of getting a room.
The attached documents are for Golf Outing, reserving Hotel Rooms, Dinner Information, and Journal Ad form. (PLEASE NOTE: Journal Ads have to be 5.5" x 8.5", when sending by email it has to be PDF format.)

10:00 am - Audit Meeting at Kaatskill Mountain Club at Hotel Conference Room.
1:00 pm - HVVFA Quarterly Meeting at Kaatskill Mountain Club in Schoharie Room.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm First hour of Cocktail Hour and Pictures at Kaatskill Mountain Club Van Winkles Restaurant
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Past President Dinner at Hunter Mountain Ski Center Copper Tree Restaurant
Kaatskill Mountain Club and Copper Tree are at the Hunter Mountain Ski Center Vail Resorts: 62 Liftside Drive, Hunter, New york.
